Abstract
In the 90s, the liberalization of public transport made it possible to meet the demands of society in Metropolitan Lima. This political decision became the matrix of the urban public transport problems observed today, which affect society in an alarming way. Within this framework, one of the steps taken to carry out substantial reforms to improve the public transport system was the 2011-2014 period.
